# Security Policy

EuroInference is a static browser dashboard with a repository-side data updater. We take vulnerabilities in the browser application, generated-data pipeline, GitHub Actions workflow, and documentation seriously.

## Supported versions

Security fixes are made for the latest version on the `main` branch and the current public deployment. Older generated snapshots and unofficial copies are not maintained separately.

## Reporting a vulnerability

Please do **not** open a public GitHub issue for a suspected vulnerability. Report it privately by email to **nichu42@42bit.email** with:

- A short description and affected component or URL.
- The security impact and a realistic abuse scenario.
- Reproduction steps or a proof of concept.
- The affected commit, deployment, browser, or operating system where relevant.
- Any suggested mitigation.

Please do not include live credentials, API keys, personal data, or provider secrets in a report. If sensitive evidence is necessary, mention that in the initial email and wait for secure-transfer instructions.

We will acknowledge a report within five business days when possible, investigate it, coordinate a fix and disclosure timeline with the reporter, and credit the reporter if they wish.
